### Phase 1: DISCOVER ("Curiosity Starts Here")
- **Goal**: Create a safe space to think BIG. 
- **Key Activities**: Insights Workshops and Lightning Decision Jams to map initial requirements, align stakeholders, and define the high-level architecture.

### Phase 2: DISCUSS ("And Then What?")
- **Goal**: Validate desirability, feasibility, and viability.
- **Key Activities**: 
  - **Design Dash**: 1 day of intense, focused UX/UI design and process mapping (team of 2 designers, 1 business analyst).
  - **Development Dash**: 1-2 days of focused technical research to ensure software feasibility.

### Phase 3: DECIDE ("Where To From Here?")
- **Goal**: Review UX prototypes and technical architectures to decide on the most impactful execution strategy.

### Phase 4: DO ("Enjoy the Ride!")
