OUR PROCESS
We use a combination rooted in Design Thinking and Human Centred Design principles to align the efforts of the design & development team with the focus and vision of the entire business. We work together toward a common goal and what is worth doing.
Phase 1
Nothing is off the table. We create a safe space to think really BIG and dream about what COULD be.
This is where our Lightning Decision Jams and Insights Workshops happen.
Phase 2
Understanding the desirability, feasibility and viability of what we want to achieve and what this will mean to you and your objectives.
This is where our Design Dashes happen.
Phase 3
Now that we have all the possible variations in front of us, we decide what ideas and solutions would have the biggest impact.
Phase 4
We have a clear scope. We’re excited. We know who needs to do what because we have absolute clarity of the desired outcome.
